If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Privacy and Security of Your Personal Data
G&H IT Solutions Pty Ltd takes the privacy and security of our users seriously. We collect and retain only the information that is reasonably necessary to provide and operate our services.
Our applications and services use Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Sensitive personal information stored in our database, such as email addresses and phone numbers, is protected using encryption. We also use appropriate security measures designed to protect user information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
We do not sell users’ personal information.
Personal information required to use our services is generally provided by users, parents, schools, organisations or authorised organisers during registration and use of the service.
Location Data
Some of our applications use location information to provide their core functionality. Location information is handled differently depending on the service.
Walking School Bus
The Walking School Bus app receives GPS location data from an authorised user while they are actively performing Walking School Bus duties. This enables participants to view the current location of the Walking School Bus.
Only the location information required to provide the current live location is temporarily retained. When updated location information is received, the previous location information is replaced. Walking School Bus is not intended to maintain a historical record of a user’s movements.
Pickup Hub
The Pickup Hub app receives GPS location data from a parent or authorised user while they are travelling to the school to collect their child or children.
This location information is used to provide the school’s monitoring screen with the user’s current pickup progress during the dismissal period. GPS location information received through Pickup Hub is not stored in our database.
Secure App Store Payments
Some of our applications may offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Payments made through our mobile applications are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. G&H IT Solutions Pty Ltd does not directly process these transactions and does not receive or store users’ credit card, debit card or other payment card details.
Subscription billing, payment processing, renewals and payment-method management are handled through the user’s Apple App Store or Google Play account and are subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of Apple or Google.
We may receive limited information from Apple or Google relating to a purchase or subscription, such as subscription status, product purchased, transaction identifiers and other information necessary to verify and manage access to paid features. This information does not include the user’s full payment card details.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell users’ personal information.
We may disclose or process information where reasonably necessary to operate our services, provide requested functionality, comply with applicable laws or legal obligations, protect the security of our services, or where the user has provided appropriate consent.
Where third-party service providers are used to operate our services, we take reasonable steps to limit the information provided to what is necessary for the relevant service.
